  • My practice is deeply informed by nearly two decades in education, from classroom teacher to building instructional specialist to social and emotional learning specialist at district and state levels.

  • I specialize in individual coaching and systems-wide approaches that support mental health, integrated professional learning, and identity-affirming learning environments.

  • I facilitate learning to support nervous system care through the integration of mind, body, and spirit. My personal experiences navigating historically excluded and privileged identities inform my healing-centered methods.

  • Cultivating personal and community compassionate accountability continues to support my recovery from complex trauma, to center joy in my life, and to resource me on the path to a caring and just world. Wholeness is a complex journey.
